Happy anniversary to my parents. Today they are celebrating 39 years of marriage!

It was another fantastic Friday morning! Went for a sunrise run and kicked butt on the first mile completing it in 11:55. The second mile wasn’t as great because I had to slow the pace due to setting off my heart monitor twice. That mile was completed in 13:27.
