Nap

I am not a person who naps, but today I napped for 4 hours. Although it felt good to rest, I was frustrated because I have so much on my to-do list needing to be accomplish.

I did accomplish one thing on the to do list.  Sticking with the 60 second jog and 60 second walk intervals I completed a mile in 11:25.  Then walked an additional 2 miles.
