Pushing to the Limits

Today I started new intervals: 1 minute jog and 1 minute walk.  I know that when I walk I don’t push myself but today I was given the motivation to do it.  I did 1.5 miles in 17:39.  But I felt my butt had been kicked.  The challenge has been given to complete a mile in 11 minutes by the end of next week.  I am  not one to give up but just don’t know if I have the drive in me to push it to the limit.  We shall see.
