So tomorrow is the big day! After work I headed over to pick up my race day packet, then decided I would do a light jog/walk. Waited until later in the day so it was a bit cooler and did my intervals of 2 minutes walking and 1 minute jogging. I did 1.5 miles in 22:09.
Start time tomorrow is 7:45am. Loaded with advice from a dear friend, my goal is to complete the race in less than 45 minutes.
