Migraine Free

Yay!!!! No migraine today and more importantly no nauseousness.  Although my appetite still isn’t back…but that isn’t a bad thing.

Trying to prepare for Saturday, I decide to jog/walk 3 miles.  I stuck with my intervals of 2 minutes walking and 1 minute walking.  I finished in 44:10.  It felt good to push myself.  The path I took had some inclines and I made sure to use them to my advantage.
