I interrupt this regularly scheduled blog to allow a time of rest for the knees….after much encouragement I have decided to follow the doctor’s advice and not jog until Monday.  Today I took the NASAID and wore the brace all day and while the pain is less it still is letting me know it isn’t gone

Since I won’t be blogging about my journey on the road to a half marathon watch and see what may fill this daily space.

  1. Find yourself a pool! Lift some weights! Do push ups, crunches, planks. There are lots of purge things to do so that you’re not derailed. Therabands are great too.
