Not Setting the World on Fire

Realizing that I need to stay active but also need to let me body heal, I headed back to the park for 2 miles.  I didn’t push as hard as my head was pounding and my knee a little sore but completed it in 34 mins.  The first mile I warmed up with 5 minutes of speed walking and intervals of 1 minute jog with 2 minute walk.  The second mile I just speed walked.

  1. Your intervals are perfect! I think interval training is one of the best ways to get your heart rate up and build up on your miles. Good job!!
